This ultra light weight bo will enhance your speed and control. Great for weapons forms training and competition. This bo is not only light weight but extremely durable and has been tested and used by world class martial arts weapons competitors. Center diameter on the 5 foot bo is approximately 1 inch and tapers to the ends to a diameter of approximately 1/2 inch. The 5 foot bo weighs approximately 9 ounces. Made for demonstration and forms competition only and not recommended for contact sparring.
