It was developed to give students and instructors a large target surface for practicing a wider variety of kicks, punches, and elbow and knee strikes. The shield is constructed of polyurethane foam covered in a durable vinyl shell. The front features a red target to practice precision and maintain control of your strikes, while the back has five holding straps including a foot strap to securely hold the shield during training.
