Shaolin EAGLE Clinic (Kids Seminar)
Learn various exercises, techniques and
fighting principles of the Shaolin Eagle!  
  Open to students 7years old and up.

CLINIC #2: WEAPONS: 2:15-4:15pm 
(Adult Seminar ages 13+)
WAEPONS: 3 Section Staff   
Uses, applications & weapons basics.
Students may bring their own 3 Section Staff or purchase one from Villari's.


CLINIC #3: 4:30pm-6:30pm
Advanced Shaolin Eagle & Praying Mantis.
Learn principles, techniques and self-defense applications based on the movements of the Eagle and Mantis. With "Open Format" time for any questions on any areas of interest.

CLINIC #4: 6:45-8:45pm
Medical Qi-Gong Seminar
Learn gentle stretching, breathing and meditation
exercises from Master Bombalier's vast knowledge of Medical Qi-Gong for healing of self and others. These exercises are said to put more years in your life and more life in your years.
